Returning Player: If you are registering your child for the same clinic and/or day as last year or have have been advised on which program is the best fit, please register at the front desk, call 215-643-7377, or sign up online.

For your commitment to a session, your prepaid rate is close to a 20% discount over the daily drop in rate. This also entitles you to one make up per session.
Refund/Return Policy: All sales are final. There will be no refunds allowed after program start date. For special circumstances due to injury or long term illness, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered for an injury credit on player’s account for future within the current junior clinic season only.
Discounts: Periodically we will offer additional discounts to early sign ups and/or commitment to more than one session. It is important to note that discounts are non-transferrable, cannot be combined with other offers, and only applied toward the session that was paid for. There are no switching of sessions allowed after registration.
Make-ups: You are entitled to one make-up per session, it must be made up during the session the class was missed. We do understand that there are circumstances where missing your clinic is inevitable and we try to be as fair as possible with our make up policy. To help you find the best make up day and time, please inform the program leader about your missed class at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled clinic. The program leader will notify you of your make up options based on class availability.
Clinic changes/sign-ups: If fewer than 3 players participate in a clinic, the club has the right to offer you alternative days/times. If your child gets moved to a clinic with a longer duration, with your permission, you will agree to pay additional rate where applicable.
Standards for Conduct: We expect coaches, players and parents of players to be considerate of others, display courteous behaviour on and off the court. Participants recognize the importance of following coaches instructions regarding training and other UDSC rules and agree to obey such instructions. Management reserves the right to remove a player from a clinic, find a better solution for the player, or refuse admission in the event of disruption of class, misbehaviour or refusal to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to UDSC facility.
Collecting updated information/communications:
We require your updated information/emergency contact information. Your child’s safety and giving them the best quality experience they deserve. With your updated information we can communicate to you in case of an emergency, keep you informed about upcoming specials, and letting you know your child’s progression.
